I said: you are gods, and the sons of the Most High are all of you.

Jesus Christ, in His sermons, openly called Himself the son of God, which caused anger among those Jews who were listening to Him because for them it was blasphemy and meant that He called Himself God as it is clear that the Son of God cannot be anything but only god. If you are a son of God, it means that God begot you and God can only beget a god, God can create a man or a fish or a crocodile, but He can beget only a god and nothing else.

John 10:33 The Jews answered Him, “For a good work we do not stone You, but for blasphemy; and because You, being a man, make Yourself out to be God.”
34 Jesus answered them, “Has it not been written in your Law, ‘I said, you are gods’?
35 If he called them gods, to whom the word of God came (and the Scripture cannot be broken),
36 do you say of Him, whom the Father sanctified and sent into the world, ‘You are blaspheming,’ because I said, ‘I am the Son of God’?

To confirm that He is right, Jesus, refers to Psalm 82 verse 6 "I said: you are gods" and tells the Jews that if God himself personally calls his children or those whom he has begotten as gods, and the scripture cannot be changed, that means this is true and the children of the Most High are not only humans but gods because God himself calls them so in His word.

You will be great in the Kingdom of God.

The Gospel of Matthew contains a promise made by Jesus Christ that you can become great in the Kingdom of God if you fulfill the commandment...
