You will be great in the Kingdom of God.

The Gospel of Matthew contains a promise made by Jesus Christ that you can become
great in the Kingdom of God if you fulfill the commandments that He gives and teach
other people to fulfill them.

Matthew 5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments,
and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but
whosoever shall do and teach them , the same shall be called great in the kingdom
of heaven.

Some people mistakenly think that Jesus is talking about the commandments from the
Law of Moses, but in fact He is talking about fulfilling the commandments from the
Sermon on the Mount.

Therefore, if you want God to call you great in His Kingdom, then you must delve into
this teaching that Jesus Christ gave in the Sermon on the Mount and fulfill it carefully
according to all the commandments and teach others to fulfill it.

Greatness is not simply given by God, therefore it is clear that this particular teaching is
the most important and very valuable, and God pays special attention to it.

Jesus also says that if you fulfill the commandments from the Sermon on the Mount,
then your righteousness will surpass the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees and
you will enter the Kingdom of God.

Matthew 5:20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the
righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the
kingdom of heaven.

What is the advantage of the commandments from the Sermon on the Mount over the
commandments from the Law of Moses or from the Decalogue or the Ten
Commandments from stone tablets?

The advantage of the commandments from the Sermon on the Mount of Jesus Christ is
that these commandments are aimed at the inner state that a person has or at the state of
his heart, that is, at what is in his soul and spirit.

God looks at the heart of a person and He is primarily interested in what is inside a
person in his heart and what motivates a person; therefore, Jesus teaches in the Sermon
on the Mount that we look into our hearts and take care of the purity of our hearts.

ALWAYS CHECK WAT IS IN YOUR BEASE GOD LOOKSAT THE HEART

Jesus teaches us how to become perfect, just as perfect and pure in heart as God Himself
and our heavenly Father, and this will happen if we control what is in our hearts and
immediately "remove" all negativity, sin, darkness from it.

Matthew 5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is
perfect.

You can physically not kill anyone in your entire life and thereby fulfill the
commandment "do not kill", but if you have hatred for someone in your heart, then God
equates this with physical murder and when you hate you commit a sin and violate the
perfect law of God because the law of God is based on two OVERALL commandments,
these are the commandments of love, and only the one who has love in himself or in his
heart has fulfilled the law.

Mark 12:28-31 .... And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is:
and thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul,
and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength
: this is the first commandment.

And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. There
is none other commandment greater than these;

You see, Jesus calls these commandments GREAT and they are the basis of the law and
it is strange when believers disregard the GREAT commandments and focus on
something secondary and not so significant, this is exactly what the hypocrites, scribes,

Pharisees and legalists did, who emphasized the secondary on various rituals and forgot
about love to God and neighbor.

The Word of God reveals to us God Himself and says that God Himself is love and the
one who abides in love abides in God and God in his heart.

In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus highlights what is hidden in the heart of a person and
teaches people to keep their heart pure because the heart directs the whole life of a
person and from the fact that in the human heart come the actions of a person and his
words, as it is written: "from the excess of the heart the mouth speaks".

Matthew 5:21 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not
kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment.
22 but I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause
shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca,
shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in
danger of hell fire.

Jesus teaches us to look into our hearts when we interact with the people around us and
not allow our hearts to be filled with anger and hatred towards other people, even if they
act as our enemies, because if anger and hatred fill your heart, then this is the same as if
you killed a person physically and for this God will condemn you.

God calls us to be perfect and not to allow malice and hatred to destroy both our life and
the lives of those people with whom we interact and have relationships and try and help
them to free themselves from hatred and anger towards us.

23 Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy
brother hath aught against thee;

24 leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy
brother,
and then come and offer thy gift.
25 Agree with thine adversary quickly, while thou art in the way with him; lest at
any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the
officer, and thou be cast into prison.
26 Verily I say unto thee, Thou shalt by no means come out thence, till thou hast
paid the uttermost farthing.

Further, Jesus teaches that fornication and adultery have actually already taken place if
you are lustful for a woman and your heart is full of passion and desire for sexual
relations with her. You must destroy adultery and fornication as soon as you feel that
they have attacked your heart and are trying to take possession of it. Make a volitional
decision and, by the Holy Spirit living in your heart, kill them as soon as they manifest
themselves through feelings, desires and thoughts, do not allow such thoughts and
fantasies to fill your thinking.

27 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit
adultery:
28 but I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath
committed adultery with her already in his heart.

Jesus teaches that we constantly control our inner state. That is, our feelings, thoughts
and desires emanating from our inner being and instantly react to the manifestation of
sinful things there and destroy them even in the "embryo" otherwise they give rise to sin
in action, for example, hatred in the heart can give rise to physical murder.

You must control the appearance of various sinful temptations and lusts and passions
and instantly deal with them if they are found in your heart and destroy them, for
example, envy, anger, enmity, pride, arrogance and the like.

29 And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is
profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole
body should be cast into hell.
30 And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is
profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole
body should be cast into hell.

Jesus also teaches about fidelity in marital relationships and we must maintain this
fidelity and not allow divorce or alienation from each other. In fact, divorce occurs the
same way because Satan worked hard with the hearts of the spouses and instilled hatred
and rejection into it. or other sinful feelings Therefore, God commands, first of all, to
deal with what is in your heart and make it clean and orderly. He forbade divorce except
in the case of adultery.

31 It hath been said, Whosoever shall put away his wife, let him give her a writing
of divorcement:
32 but I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause
of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that
is divorced committeth adultery.

The doctrine of the oath also contains very important truths, people swear as if they are
able to influence their future and have power over all circumstances. We are not
omnipotent as God and cannot influence everything and guarantee absolutely everything
with our oath, therefore, the oath often turns out to be false. Then a person cannot
provide what he swore and in fact he lied and overestimated his strength, because he is
not God. If you take an oath that you are then unable to fulfill, then you commit a sin.

This approach comes from the evil one, or from Satan. The liar himself fools people
through various methods such as an oath.

33 Again, ye have heard that it hath been said by them of old time, Thou shalt not
forswear thyself, but shalt perform unto the Lord thine oaths:
34 but I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God s throne:
35 nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of
the great King.
36 Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make one hair
white or black.
37 But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than
these cometh of evil.

The law given through Moses was given to condemn evil and was given to people who were
spiritually dead who had sin in their hearts. Therefore, many of the commandments in it are
aimed at punishing the one who committed evil This is done in order to restrain the spread of sin
in society through the fear of punishment. But with the entry into the power of the new covenant,
the situation has changed because now the Spirit of God lives in you and you have the nature of

God in you and you can walk by this Holy Spirit. Therefore, Jesus teaches us to manifest the
love given to us by God and poured into our hearts by the Spirit of God.

38 Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth;
39 But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right
cheek, turn to him the other also;
40 And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloke
also.
41 And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain.
42 Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou
away.
43 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine
enemy.
44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that
hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to
rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.
46 For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the
same?
47 And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others ? do not even the
publicans so?

A person who monitors the condition of his heart and his lips is clean. This is what the Apostle
James teaches us, and, because the heart of many believers is not yet clean enough and sin
nestles in him because of which a person says the wrong words, the Apostle James teaches us not
to become teachers so as not to negatively influence those who listen to you. God will judge for
this.It is about sin in what we say that James writes: "for we all sin in great numbers".

James calls the person perfect who is able to curb and control his speech and, therefore, the state
of his heart from which what he says comes.

James 3:1 My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater
condemnation.
2 For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect
man
, and able also to bridle the whole body.
.........
6 And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it
defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell.
.......
9 Therewith bless we God, even the Father; and therewith curse we men, which are made
after the similitude of God.
10 Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things
ought not so to be.
..........
13 Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him show out of a good
conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.
14 But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the
truth.

15 This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.
16 For where envying and strife is , there is confusion and every evil work.
17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be
entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
18 And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.

James says that we sin a lot in our heart when we have in it the wrong motives, bitterness, anger
and so on, and this inner state controls our speech as well.

We should not be like the "painted coffins" that many religious leaders were in the time of Christ
and Jesus called them children of Satan because their righteousness was only external.

Luke 11:39 And the Lord said unto him, Now do ye Pharisees make clean the outside of
the cup and the platter; but your inward part is full of ravening and wickedness.
40 Ye fools, did not he, that made that which is without, make that which is within also?

Matt 23:25 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside
of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess.
26 Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the
outside of them may be clean also.
27 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres,
which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all
uncleanness.
28 Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of
hypocrisy and iniquity.

.......
33 Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?

Cleanse your cup or vessel inside, then your external behavior and your words will be clean from
sin.

God poured out His Spirit in us, that is, He gave His perfection, and we need this perfection
outwardly reflected in our life, especially His love, which is the totality of perfection and without
it we are nothing.

Of course, this is not all the teaching about perfection, and I touched on only a few things and
much more you can learn from studying the books of the New Testament, but I just pushed you
into this direction so that you receive revelation and can move in this. Blessings.

I will repeat once again that God leads us to perfection in Christ and wants us to be as pure and
perfect as He is, our Father in heaven.

Matthew 5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
